Ingredients:

składniki na ok 4 porcje:
*2 piersi z kurczaka
*2 łyżki oleju
*szklanka naturalnego jogurtu
*2 cebule
*1-2 ząbki czosnku
*2-3 łyżki curry
*2-3 łyżki przyprawy klasycznej do grilla
*sól , pieprz

Prepare instructions:

*cebulę i czosnek drobno posiekać i zeszklić na rozgrzanym na patelni oleju , po przestudzeniu wymieszać z jogurtem , curry , solą , pieprzem i przyprawą klasyczną
*mięso pokroić na kawałeczki i włożyć do przygotowanej zalewy , co najmniej na pół godziny
*następnie dusić pod przykryciem na małym ogniu do czasu , aż zmięknie
*podawać z ugotowanym ryżem lub kluseczkami z dodatkiem surówki z czerwonej kapusty lub kalafiora i marchewki

bardzo dobry kurczak w pysznym sosiku, choć może taki wygotowany jogurt to nie najladniejszy widok, ale ważne że pycha:)

Potrawa nie ma ładnego wyglądu a to za sprawą jogurtu i curry, ale ale w smaku rewelacja!!!
