Ingredients:

Gęste ciasto nalesnikowe:
jajo
mąka
sól
pieprz
mleko/woda

olej

kapusta kiszona (porcja na 3 osoby ok.70 dag)

gęsta kwaśna śmietana lub sos czosnkowy

Prepare instructions:

Ugotowac kapustę, odcedzić i poszatkować. Dodać do przygotowanego gęstego ciasta naleśnikowego, dobrze wymieszać. Smażyć na oleju jak placki ziemniaczane (powinny być w nim dobrze zanurzone).

Najlepsze są na gorąco, prosto z patelni, z dodatkiem sosu czosnkowego. Można zamiast sosu polać je gęstą śmietaną.

Można je odgrzać na drugi dzień i też sa pyszne.

Polecam to danie kuchni bieszczadzkiej, wykonuje się bardzo szybko, a jest naprawdę doskonałe!

Smaku kapusty cale nie czuć!

robilam fuczki juz wielokrotnie,ostatnio wzbogacajac ich smak cebulka i boczkiem lekko wczesniej przesmazonych na patelni,dla mnie sa pyszne i bez tych dodatkow,ale rodzinka woli je w bardziej kalorycznej wersji,stad ten boczek i cebulka,polecam
