1 KG WOŁOWINY
1 KG CEBULI
1 KG ZIEMNIAKÓW
1 KG POMIDORÓW
2 PORY
4 MARCHEWKI
4 PAPRYKI
1 PACZKA PAPRYKI SŁODKIEJ
1 PACZKA KMINKU CAŁEGO
SÓL ,PIEPRZ

Prepare instructions:

Mięso pokroić,opłukać [ nie solić] dać do garnka, zalać wodą, wsypać kminek i nastawić. Gotować 1 godz 40 min.W między czasie dorzucić do mięsa pokrojoną cebulę, porę i marchewkę w kostkę. Po 1godz 40 min posolić, popieprzyć, dołorzyć pokrojoną w kostkę paprykę i pokrojone ziemniaki. Wsypać paczkę papryki. Po 1 godz 55min dołorzyć sparzone i zgniecione pomidory. Gotować jeszcze 5 min. Czas podany to czas wrzenia. Jeśli ktoś lubi, tak jak ja, ostrzejsze polecam chili, ale umiarkowanie. Można ugotować też w kociołku nad ogniskiem. Przygotowanie zajmuje 2 godziny. Smacznego.
