Pyszny, nawet bez pieczarek, z nimi pewnie byłby jeszcze lepszy. Do "zagęszczenia" użyłam ugotowany ryż pełnoziarnisty, ten od "Wujka" i wyszło wspaniałe, wołowe rizotto. Polecam.
