Ingredients:

ciasto:
1 margaryna (np. Kasia)
3 szk kaszy mannej
0,5 l śmietany 12%
1/2 szk cukru pudru
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
orzeszki, migdały do przybrania

syrop:
1 szk wody
2 szk cukru
1 1/2 łyżki soku z cytryny

Prepare instructions:

Margarynę rozpuścić, lekko ostudzić, stopniowo dodawać kaszę manną - dokładnie wymieszać!!!
Dodać smietanę, cukier puder i proszek do pieczenia - wymieszać!
Wyłożyć na prostokątną blaszkę i lekko ponacinać w kwadraty - każdy kwadrat dekorujemy połową migdała, orzeszkiem (wg uznania).
Włożyć do nagrzanego piekarnika i piec ok 40 min - 170 C na złoty kolor!
W tym czasie przygotować syrop (na ogniu połączyć wszystkie skł.)
Upieczone ciasto ponownie nacinamy i przygotowanym wcześniej letnim syropem dokładnie go nasączamy!!!

A możesz podać wymiary blachy na taką porcję?

Przepraszam za to niedopatrzenie, wymiary blachy ok 22 x 27
Po upieczeniu ciastka osiągają ok 2 cm wysokości:)
Gorąco Polecam, ciastka są naprawdę REWELACYJNE!!!

to ciastko wyszło mi w środku trochę mokre- dobre było ale nie było po upieczeniu tak suche (w srodku) jak normalne ciasto; tak powinno być???
