Ingredients:

Ciasto:

40 dag mąki

2 całe jajka

¾ szklanki cukru

¾ paczki margaryny

3 łyżki śmietany

2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

Nadzienie:

1,5 kg jabłek

1 budyń śmietankowy

1 łyżka cukru

1 łyżka cynamonu

Prepare instructions:

Wykonanie:

Wszystkie składniki posiekać nożem, a potem zagnieść elastyczne ciasto. Jeżeli ciasto będzie zbyt twarde należy dodać odrobinę mleka lub wody i ponownie zagnieść. Ciasto powinno być bardzo miękkie.

Podzielić ciasto na 2 części i rozwałkować. Pierwszą częścią wyłożyć brytfannę wysmarowaną tłuszczem i posypaną bułką tartą.

Jabłka ścieramy na grubych oczkach, odciskamy sok, wsypujemy cukier, budyń i cynamon, mieszamy i rozkładamy na cieście,

Przykrywamy drugą rozwałkowaną częścią ciasta. Wierzch smarujemy wodą i posypujemy cukrem.

Pieczemy 50-60 minut w temperaturze 180 stopni.

Zaczęłam robić ciasto i dopiero zauwazylam ,że nie ma podanych jajek. Czy dodaje się jajka?Wyszlo troche mało elastyczne z samą śmietaną. Dodam 2, zobacze co wyjdzie.

Jabłecznik super! A w szczególności ciasto, bo jabłka jak to jabłka ;-) Ja też dodatkowo dodałam 2 żóltka. Prezpis na to ciasto będę wykorzystywać nie tylko do jabłecznika :-)
