Ingredients:

3 duze kwaskowate jablka lub 5 malych,
pol cytryny,
1 szkl. maki,
szczypta proszku do pieczenia /sody oczyszczonej,
1 jajko,
1 szkl. mleka,
2 lyzki wiorkow kokosowych,
sol,
olej,
cukier puder do posypania,
ew.pol lyzeczki cynamonu.

Prepare instructions:

Jablka umyc,obrac,przy pomocy specjalnego narzedzia do wykrawania,wydrazyc gniazdka nasienne.
Pokroic w plasterki grubosci ok. 1 cm. skropic sokiem z cytryny,by nie sciemnialy.Make wymieszac z proszkiem do pieczenia,wiorkami kokosowymi,dodac jajko,mleko i sol.Wymieszac za pomoca miksera.Rozgrzac spora ilosc oleju.Plastry jablka zanurzac w ciescie i odrazu klasc na rozgrzany tluszcz.Smazyc na rumiany kolor.Osaczyc z nadmiaru tluszczu na papierowych recznikach.Cukier puder wymieszac z cynamonem (jesli lubimy cynamon),wsypac na sitko i posypac usmazone jablka.

Robiłam z połowy składników dla mnie mojej córeczki na sniadanie jakis tydzień temu. Wyszły pyszne, obie najadłysmy się. Pyszne sniadanko w pare chwil. Będe powtarzać częsciej (w piewnicy stoi cała skrzynka jabłek) także dla reszty rodzinki. Pozdrawiam :)
