Ingredients:

      CIASTO:
2 szkl. mąki (używam Szymanowskiej)
20 dkg "Kasi" margaryny
2 żółtka
0,5 szkl. cukru pudru
2 łyżki kwaśnej śmietany
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

     MASA JABŁKOWA:
1 kg startych, lekko przesmażonych jabłek (kwaśnych w miarę)
1 szkl. cukru
1 galaretka (używam cytrynowej lub agrestowej)
2 łyżeczki żelatyny

    MASA ORZECHOWA:
15 dkg, orzechów włoskich
20 dkg masła
3/4 szkl. słodkiej śmietanki
2 jajka
1 szkl. cukru

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto - wiadomo, zagnieść, rozwałkować na dwa cienkie placki, upiec.

Jabłka leko przesmażyć, dodać cukier, galaretkę, rozpuszczona żelatynę.

Śmietanę zagotować, jajka z cukrem ubić, dodać posiekane orzechy, zalać wrzącą śmietaną i wszystko razem lekko zagotować mieszając, lubi się przypalać. Wystudzić, zozmiksować z masłem.

1. placek z ciasta
2. masa orzechowa
3. masa jablkowa

4. placek z ciasta

Przykryć folią i odstawić w chłodne miejsce, żeby placki trochę rozmiękły i żelatyna się zcięła

Robię podobne ciasto tylko ,że umnie masy są oddzielone ciastem -jabłka na wierzchu.Jak dla mnie połączenie smaków jest wyjątkowo pyszne.Gorąco polecam.
