Ingredients:

Przepis na 4 porcje:
8 jaj ugotowanych na twardo

Sos grzybowo musztardowy:
1 łyżka margaryny
60 g boczku wędzonego
6 dużych pieczarek
1 średnia cebula
2 łyżki mąki
2 łyżki musztardy sarepskiej
1 szkl mleka
1 mała śmietana 36 % (200g)
vegeta
świeżo mielony pieprz
pęczek koperku

Prepare instructions:

Sos grzybowo musztardowy:
Na margarynie ok 4 min podsmażyć drobno posiekany boczek, po czym dodać posiekaną cebule, po ok 2 min dodać drobno posiekane pieczarki, smażyć kolejne 4 min, doprawić vegetą i pieprzem, oprószyć maką, mieszając chwilę podsmażyć - po ok 2 min (energicznie mieszając) zalać mlekiem, dodać musztardę i śmietanę, wymieszać, dusić na małym ogniu kilka minut. Zdjąć z ognia dodać posiekany koperek (odłożyć troszkę do posypania jaj).

Ugotowane jaja obrać, pokroić na cztery.
Talerz polać sosem , na wierzch ułożyć jaja - polać odrobiną sosu, posypać koperkiem.

Super przepis. Pychota. Tyle mi tego sosu wyszło że reszte zjedliśmy na obad do ziemniaków z jajkiem smażony. Naprawde polecam.
