Przyprawa "kary" w proszku nie jest szczególnie japońska.
Omlet, OMLET japoński smaży się na prostokątnej patelni, dodaje się dashi i pieprz.

Nie pomyślałabym, że dodatek curry tak bardzo zmieni smak jajecznicy i to w tak bardzo pozytywny sposób. Bardzo mi to smakuje i zmienia nudną jajecznicę w pyszne danie :).
