Kapusta zasmażana

Ingredients:

0,5 kg kapusty kiszonej
1 cebula
Kminek(ile kto lubi..)
mąka, sól, olej

Prepare instructions:

Kapustę poszatkować, ugotować w wodzie do miękkości, doprawić odrobiną soli.
Pod koniec duszenia dodac usmażoną cebulkę(pokrojoną w kostkę oczywiście:) oraz kminek. Dusić jeszcze z 15minut(nie za długo by nie zrobiła się gorzka od kminku).
Jeśli kapusta jest za rzadka, zagęszczamy łyżką mąki "roztrzepaną" wcześniej z pół szklanki wody.

Czasem dodaję jeszcze suszone grzyby.

Wersja pełna obiadowa:
mieszam tę kapustę z grzybami świeżymi lub zagotowanymi na zimę w słoiku i dodaję makaron łazanki. Rewelacja i bardzo szybkie jeśli się ma kapustę z wczoraj na przykład

Bardzo lubię - niekiedy dodaję podsmażony boczek dla mojego lubego, który kocha wszystko co tłuste:) pozdrawiam - acha świetnie smakuje z ziemniakami puree.
