Ingredients:

1kg karkówki, nie powinna być bardzo chuda, tłuszcz i tak się wytopi na grillu
Zalewa:
mała puszeczka koncentratu pomidorowego
5 łyżek oleju lub oliwy do smażenia
pół piwa jasnego (takiego 0,5l)
mała cebula
5-7 ząbków czosnku (zależy od upodobań)
sól
pieprz
papryka ostra
łyżka cukru (lub półtorej łyżki miodu)
pieprz ziołowy (płaska łyżeczka)
tymianek (lub zioła prowansalskie) łyżka

Prepare instructions:

Karkówkę pokroić w plastry, rozbić jak kotlety. Dobrze, jeśli mięso było wcześniej zamrożone, potem potrawa będzi bardziej krucha.
Cebulę zetrzeć na grubej tarce lub drobniutko posiekać ( można blenderem), wrzucić do naczynia, dodać olej, koncentrat, przyprawy ( bez piwa) i wymieszać. Zalewa powinna być trochę "za bardzo" ( ciut za słona, ciut zbyt ostra, to potem mięso wyjdzie akurat)
Do zalewy doać piwo. Wymieszać.
chalpnąć na dno naczynia do marynowania trocję zalewy i układać warstwami mięso-zalewa, mięso-zalewa. na wierzch wylać resztę zalewy. Naczynie przykryć i odstawić do lodówki.

Najważniejsze jest to, żeby mięso marynowało się CO NAJMNIEJ 24 godziny, ja zwykle trzymam je 48godzin.
Piec na grillu na tackach, niezbyt długo.
