Ingredients:

4 chlebki pita

podwójna pierś z kurczaka,
przyprawa do gyrosa,
olej,
mała główka kapusty pekińskiej,
świeży pomidor,
świeży ogórek (ewentualnie kiszony),
mała cebula.

Sos czosnkowy:
majonez i jogurt naturalny zmieszany w równych proporcjach,
przeciśnięty przez praskę czosnek,
sól i pieprz do smaku.

Prepare instructions:

Mięso pokrój w paseczki, obtocz w przyprawie i obsmaż na oleju.
Kapustę cienko poszatkuj, pomidora pokrój w kostkę, usunąwszy najpierw wodnisty miąższ, obranego ogórka w półplasterki, cebulę w piórka.
Majonez wymieszaj z jogurtem i czosnkiem, dopraw do smaku.

Pitę natnij, aby powstała kieszeń. Posmaruj wewnętrzne ścianki sosem, nałóż trochę mięsa, kapustę, odrobinę sosu, cebulę, ogórek i pomidor, znów trochę sosu, kapusty i mięsa.

Ja proponuję wysmarować środek sosem ketchupowo smietanowo majonezowym (chilili jak kto lubi) a tylko wierzch polac sosem czosnkowym. Moja młodzież to uwielbia.
