Węgierska zupa pasterska

Ingredients:

1 kg ziemniaków,
25 dag drobnego makaronu (zacierki, u mnie świderki),
1 cebula,
1/2 żółtej papryki,
1/2 pomidora,
5 dag wędzonego boczku,
1,5 łyżki smalcu,
1 łyżka słodkiej papryki w proszku,
1-2 gałązki natki selera,
sól,
ewentualnie wędzona kiełbasa.

Prepare instructions:

Obrane ziemniaki pokroić w kostkę. Rozpuścić w garnku łyżkę smalcu, zrumienić na nim pokrojony drobno boczek i cebulę. Wrzucić ziemniaki i dusić na małym ogniu ok. 10 minut. Zdjąć z ognia, wsypać paprykę i wlać ok. 2,5 litra wody. Dodać pokrojony w kostkę pomidor i paprykę oraz makaron. Przed wrzuceniem do zupy zacierki zrumienić na reszcie smalcu. Doprawić solą i gotować do miękkości. Na koniec można dodać podsmażone plasterki kiełbasy. Posypać natką selera lub pietruszki.

Zupa najlepsza jest tuż po ugotowaniu, później makaron nieapetycznie mięknie.

Arribeth, potwierdź tylko czy dobrze rozumiem - suchy makaron podsmażyć na patelni? (jak ryż do risotto?)

Seler zwykły, ale chodzi o natkę. A makaron wrzuć na rozgrzaną łyżkę smalcu i podsmaż chwilę. Smacznego:)
