Ketchup z cukinii

Very easy

Ingredients:

3 kg cukinii
80 dkg cebuli
3 małe koncentraty 30% Pudliszki
3 łyżki soli
1/2 łyżeczki pieprzu cayen ( lub do smaku jeśli ktoś woli pikantny)
bazylia
czosnek (ja dałam 3 ząbki)
3/4 szkl. octu
2 szkl. cukru

Prepare instructions:

Cukinie obrać, wydrążyć.

Według przepisu cebulę oraz czosnek obrać i razem z cukinią zetrzeć na tarce do buraków. Ja cukinię pokroiłam w kostkę też zmiękła :). Zasypać solą i zostawić na 6 godzin (trzymałam ok. 3 godzin).

Następnie gotować ,aż zmięknie,

Zmiksować blenderem, dodać cukier, ocet i pozostałe składniki + koncentrat.

Gotować ok. 20 minut

Wlewać do słoików i pasteryzować.

Z takiej porcji wychodzi tyle słoiczków
