Kluski lub racuchy z serem białym

Ingredients:

250-500 g sera białego (kwaskowatego twarogu)

4 jaja

ok. 8 łyżek mąki

szczypta soli

1 łyżka cukru

(można wcale nie dodawać, bo i tak posypujemy cukrem)

Do klusek - bułka tarta podpieczona na maśle i cukier

Do racuchów - cukier lub cukier puder do posypania

Można tez posypać cynamonem.

Prepare instructions:

Z tego samego ciasta możemy zrobić zarówno kluski jak i racuchy.

Wychodzą niezwykle smaczne i delikatne.

Jaja ucieramy łyżką (nie mikserem!). Dodajemy ser i ucieramy. Na końcu dodajemy mąkę. Ilość mąki zależy od wilgotności twarogu i wielkości jajek - ciasto musi być gęste, ale lejące - przyklejać się do łyżki i ciągnąć.

Kluski:

Kluski łyżką wrzucamy na gorącą osoloną wodę. Nie mieszamy! Czekamy, aż kluski wypłyną. Zbieramy cedzakiem i wykładamy na talerz. Posypujemy cukrem. Polewamy bułką tartą podpieczoną na maśle.

Można też zrobić takie kluski na słono z podpieczonym boczkiem z cebulą, a zamiast twarogu dać bryndzę, wtedy otrzymamy tzw. bryndzowe halusky

Racuchy:

Łyżką kładziemy na rozgrzany olej. Wyjmujemy - posypujemy cukrem.

Dobre pytanie Maniu, ja też zapytam: jak łyżką utrzeć jajka? może lepiej roztrzepać/ubić widelcem huh
