Ingredients:

2 kg. ziemniaków
ok 2 szkl.mąki ziemniaczanej
1,5 łyżeczki soli

Prepare instructions:

Wykonanie

Cztery ziemniaki odłożyć do tarcia ,resztę ugotować .
Ugotowane ziemniaki przecisnąć przez preskę ,włożyć do miski .1/4 przełożyć , w to miejsce wsypać mąkę ziemniaczaną (mąki ma być kopiasto.) Potrzeć ziemniaki wrzucić do całości ,sól ,wymieszać i formować kluseczki wielkość wg. uznania.

Wrzucać na gotującą wodę ,kluski muszą w wodzie upaść na dno (mniej więcej około 15-20 minut.) Podajemy z sosikiem do obiadu.

I znowu zrobiłam ,tylko dodałam troszke mniej mąki ziemniaczanej bo nie miałam i dodałam troszke maki pszennej .Pycha !!!!!

Witam kluseczki kolejny raz robione , powiem tak ,teraz mam za swoje ,muszę je robić raz w tygodniu (przepyszne)polecam
