Ingredients:

Kofta:

1 kg mielonej baraniny

4 lyzki drobno posiekanej swierzej kolendry

4 lyzki greckiego jogurtu

2 lyzeczki mielonego kminku

2 lyzeczki kolendry

2 lyzeczki kurkumy

4 lyzeczki drobno posiekanego czosnku

1 lyzeczka soli

1/2 lyzeczki swiezo mielonego pieprzu

olej do pieczenia

Sos

1 szklanka greckiego jogurtu

2 lyzeczki mielonego kminku

2 lyzeczki kurkumy

2 lyzeczki bardzo drobno posiekanego czosnku

1 lyzeczka ostrej papryki

1/2 lyzeczki soli

Prepare instructions:

1. Mielona baranine i reszte skaldnikow na kofte dobrze razem wymieszac i uformawac tak jak na zdjeciu. Mieso upiec na niewielkiej ilosci oleju tak aby z kazdej strony byly opieczone.

2. Wszystkie skladniki na sos wymieszac i odstawic do lodowki.

3. Kofte najlepiej podawac z ryzem i wazywami

lolopopa, jesli nie mozesz kupic baraniny to mozesz ten sam przepis sprobowac uzywajac mielona cielecine albo w ostatecznosci mielone wieprzowe
