Ingredients:

• 7 jajek
• 1,5 szklanki cukru
• 1,5 szklanki maki
• 1 lyzeczka proszku do pieczenia
• 1 cukier waniliowy
• 3 szklanki slodkiej smietany
• 2 paczki wiorkow kokosowych
• 2 tabliczki bialej czekolady

Prepare instructions:

1Najpierw robimy biszkopt. Ubic 7 bialek i dodac do niej kolejno zoltka, make, cukier , proszek do pieczenia, i cukier waniliowy. Piec 30 minut w temperaturze 180 stopni .

2. Podziel biszkopt na dwa, ale nie polowy tylko tak jakbys robila kanapke.

3. Jedna czesc biszkoptu pokrusz! Masa: Jedna szklanke smietany rozpusc z czekolada i i dodaj do tego pokruszony biszkopt( mozna dodac zapach smietankowy).

4. Druga szklankesmietany ubic i dodac do poprzedniej masy , dodac nastepnie wiorka jedna paczke. Uzyskana mase wylozyc na biszkopt.

5. Pozostala trzecia szklanke smietany ubic i wylozyc na mase . Posypac wiorkami i delikatnie docisnac do masy. ZYCZE SMACZNEGO!!!!
