Kopytka z marchewką i orzechami

Ingredients:

25 dag marchewki,
25 dag ziemniaków,
20 dag mąki pszennej (może być razowa),
1 jajko,
1/2 łyżeczki soli,

SOS:
100 ml oliwy,
50 g masła,
1 łyżka posiekanej świeżej melisy,
1/3 szklanki łuskanych włoskich orzechów.

Prepare instructions:

Marchewkę i ziemniaki myjemy, obieramy i gotujemy razem w osolonej wodzie. Odcedzamy, lekko studzimy i miksujemy. Dodajemy mąkę, jajko, sól i dokładnie mieszamy. Wyjmujemy ciasto na stolnicę, oprószamy lekko mąką i formujemy wałeczek. Nożem odcinamy kluseczki, na każdej odciskamy ząbki widelca i wrzucamy do wrzącej osolonej wody. Gotujemy tak długo, aż wypłyną.

Robimy SOS:
Na patelni rozgrzewamy oliwę i masło, wrzucamy melisę i mieszamy. Orzechy mielemy na proszek w młynku do kawy. Mieszamy z sosem i polewamy kluseczki przed podaniem.

Witam.Przepis wdaje się ciekawą alternatywą dla klasycznych kopytek.Czy próbowałaś zastąpić czymś melisę np.miętą z szałwią lub kolendrą?

Witam ! Miło mi, że zaciekawił Cię mój przepis. Ja robiłam ten sos z dodatkiem liści ogórecznika i szczypiorku wymieszanych razem. Mięta jest jak dla mnie zbyt aromatyczna. Możesz poeksperymentować i zrobić według własnego smaku. Osobiście lubię wynajdywać i łączyć ze sobą różne smaki. Polecam. Warto spróbować. Pozdrawiam:)
