Kotleciki rybne wg M&Ł

Ingredients:

2 filety np. z pangi lub mintaja
bułka tarta
jajko
parę łyżek mleka
olej do smażenia
kawałek marchewki i pory (niekoniecznie)
mąka
przyprawa do ryb
kwasek cytrynowy
pieprz, sól, papryka słodka i ostra

Prepare instructions:

filety z ryby rozmrażamy i posypujemy przyprawą do ryb i kwaskiem cytrynowym, obtaczamy w mace
obsmażamy filety na rozgrzanym tłuszczu z obu stron
filet kruszymy widelcem
wbić jajko, dolać mleko, dodać startą na tarce marchewkę i podkrojoną bardzo drobniutko porę (dodatek marchewki i pory nie jest konieczny)
dodać do ryby bułki tartej w takiej ilości aby można było lepić kotleciki, przyprawiamy podanymi przyprawami
uformować niewielkie kotleciki i obtoczyć w mące
smażyć na średnim ogniu z obu stron
kotleciki można podawać w sosie porowym zrobionym według przepisu "Ryba z sosem porowym wg M&Ł"

Bardzo dobre kotleciki,w przygotowaniu bardzo szybkie,plusem,że nie trzeba mielić ryby,);
Dodanie warzyw-marchewki i pora, jak dla mnie konieczne. Następnym razem wypróbuję z sosikiem.Dzięki za fajny przepis,będę z niego korzystała.
