Ingredients:

Pierś z kurczaka

Ząbek czosnku

Pęczek szczypiorku

Sól, pieprz

Dodatkowo:

3 jajka

3 łyżki mąki ziemniaczanej

3 łyżki majonezu

Prepare instructions:

Pierś z kurczaka pokroić w drobną kostkę, szczypiorek również, dodać przeciśnięty przez praskę czosnek i przyprawy.

W oddzielnym naczyniu wymieszać razem jajka, makę i majonez tak by skladniki się połączyły i wlać do pokrojonej w kosteczkę piersi, wymieszać razem. Ta masa ma być dość rzadka.

Zasada jest taka: jedna pierś 3 jajka, 3 łyzki majonezu 3 łyżki mąki ziemniaczanej.

Na patelni rozgrzać olej (oleju ma być więcej niż do tradycyjnych kotletów normalnie używamy) wykladamy łyżką, wielkość taką jaką chcemy smażymy, ja wyjmuje na ręcznik papierowy i GOTOWE.

Robię bardzo podobnie ale dodaję jeszcze pieczarki i jajka.
