Ingredients:

250 g mąki
125 g massła
70 g cukru pudru
szczypta soli
1 jajo
1 łyżeczka startej skórki cytrynowej
0,5 tabliczki czekolady gorzkiej

Prepare instructions:

Z mąki, pokrojonego masła, cukru pudru, jaja z dodatkiem soli, cukru i skórki cytrynowej zagnieść ciasto. Następnie rozwałkować na wysypanej mąką stolnicy. Wykroić małe kółka i przełożyć do foremek. Do każdego włożyć ziarna grochu lub soczewicy. Foremki wstawić do piekarnika rozgrzanego do 180 stopni Celsjuszana ok 15 minut.
Po upieczeniu babeczki ostrożnie wyjąć z foremek i odstawić do ostygnięcia. Czekoladę rozpuścić w kąpieli wodnej i posmarować każdą babeczkę od wewnątrz.

Babeczki te można wypełniąc dowolnym kremem lub budyniem i dekorować orzechami lub owocami. Doskonale prezentuję sie na stole na uroczystościach.

Hmm... W sumie nie liczyłem nigdy dokładnie. To zależy od grubości rozwałkowanego ciasta. Ok 30 na pewno.
