Ingredients:

400g mąki pszennej
100g cukru kryształu
200g masła roślinnego
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
1 żółtko
2 łyżki kwaśnej śmietany

1 opakowanie galaretki (kolor dowolny)
polewa czekoladowa

Prepare instructions:

Galaretkę rozpuścić w 1 szklance wody.
Składniki na ciasto zagnieść. Włozyć do lodówki na ok. 30 minut.
Wyjąć, rozwałkować i szklanką wycinać koła.
W połowie wyciąć mniejszą szklanką lub kieliszkiem środek żeby powstały pierścienie. Każdy pierścień posmarować białkiem i przykleić do pełnego koła.
Ciastka upiec (190 stopni ok.13 minut).
Gdy ostygną wypełnić środki tężejącą galaretką
Gdy dobrze zastygnie zrobić wzorki z czekolady.

Właśnie skończyłam robić ciasteczka:) Wygladają bardzo kolorowo i napewno smakują bardzo dobrze :) mmmm....

Te ciasteczka są rewelacyjne. Miałam na początku trochę problemów z galaterką ale doszłam ładu i rodzince smakowało.

Zajelo mi 2h i wyszlo 24ciastek. Pycha, polecam na jakas okazje bo bardzo ozdobne wyszly.

i zapomnialam dodac ze w licie skladnikow jest zoltko ale w rzeczywistosci jest potrzebne cale jajko, zorientowalam sie juz po wyrzuceniu bialka ze jednak jest potrzbne w przepisie...

Ciastka rewelacja!!! Są tak uzależniające, że jutro pieczemy z dzieciakami dwie porcje!!!
