Podobnie przygotowuje leczo z tym,ze oprocz soli i pieprzu dodaje tylko ziele angielske , ziola prowansalskie lub dalmatynskie.Bardzo smaczne jest :-)

Zdziwił mnie dodatek marchwi do leczo?!? chyba za słodki jej smak.. ale reszta super, a co do przypraw to u mnie liście ziele i papryka słodka i ostra koniecznie

Zastanawiam się, po co blanszować cukinię ?
Leczo to papryka,cebula i pomidory. Ta potrawa to raczej bigos niż leczo.

To jest leczo na bogato :-) Bigos tez kazdy inaczej gotuje i rozne produkty dodaje.
