Lody bananowo-maślankowe

Ingredients:

4 banany,

1/4 łyżeczki esencji waniliowej,

3-4 łyżki cukru,

ok. 3/4 szklanki maślanki,

foremki do lodów

Prepare instructions:

Banany obrać i pokroić w kostkę. Kawałki bananów rozłożyć na blaszce i włożyć do zamrażarki na 1 godzinę. Po tym czasie rozdrobinić je w mikserze. Następnie dodać esencję waniliową, cukier i połowę maślanki. I ponownie zmiksować. Nadal ciągle mieszając, wlewać cienkim strumieniem pozostałą maślankę. Dalej miksować, aż do uzyskania kremowej masy. Następnie masę lodową przełożyć do przygotowanych foremek i wstawić do zamrażarki na około 2 godziny.

spróbuję zrobić...akurat została napoczęta litrowa maślanka i kupione świeże banany:)

i jesli chodzi o czas mrożenia to 2 h jest zdecydowanie za krótko - ok 5 h. I raczej nie zależy to od foremek do lodów -moje są kupione w Lidlu.(wyszło mi 10 lodów:)

Cieszę się, że Wam smakowały. :) Ja zamrażałam je w płaskiej formie i może dlatego mroziły się krócej. :)
