Dzis podziele sie przepisem na bardzo pyszny makaron ktory jest super dodatkiem do an miesnych .Oobiscie uzywam do tego dania makaronu do spagetti ale w Turcji najczesciej przygotowuje sie z makaronu zwianego Erişte Makarna. Jest to taki jakby polski makaron do rosolu tyko grubszy.

Oto przepis:

Do garna pzekladamy masol oraz olej ropusczamy a nasepnie dodajemy polomany na 3 czesci makaron do spagetti. Mieszamy i smazymy tak dlugo az czesc makaronu bedzie w kolorze lekko brazowym . Calosc zalewamy wrzatkiem tak aby woda przykryla makaron solimy mieszamy i przykrywamy pokrywka , po czym zmienjszamy ogien do minimum i gotujemy az woda wparuje.

Makaronu nie zalewamy absolutnie zimna woda!

Podajmeny goracy jako dodatek do n kotletow mielonych , kurczaka itd.
