makaron kokardki z tuńczykiem i pieczarkami

Ingredients:

pół opakowania makaronu kokardki - może być też inny
500 g pieczarek
puszka tuńczyka w oleju
kubeczek śmietany 18%
cebula
czosnek
pietruszka
sól
pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Makaron ugotowac, odcedzic, dodać troche oleju żeby się nie skleił.
Cebule i czosnek pokroic drobno i smażyć na maśle aż do zeszklenia, dodać pieczarki i dusić aż woda odparuje z patelni. Do tego dodać odsączonego tuńczyka, chwilę posmażyć, dodac śmietanę i dokładnie ją rozprowadzić. Przyprawic solą i pieprzem, dodać poszatkowaną pietruszkę i chwilę gotować aż zgęstnieje. Na talerze nałożyc makaron i polac sosem. Jeść na ciepło.
