Makaron na szybko

Ingredients:

Makaron jaki kto lubi
1 cebula
2 zabki czosnku
2 pomidory
starty zolty ser
sol, pieprz, oregano
olej

Prepare instructions:

Makaron ugotowac, odcedzic, przeplukac zimna woda. Garnek w ktorym gotowal sie makaron postawic na malutkim ogniu, wlac 2 lyzki oliwy najlepiej z oliwek i wrzucic odcedzony makaron.
Cebule pokroic w cwierc talarki, czosnek w plasterki, pomidory sparzyc, zdjac skorke pokroic w spora kostke.
Na rozgrzany olej wrzucac kolejno cebule, czosnek i pomidory. Smazyc na duzym ogniu okolo 10 minut. Jak ma sie wiecej czasu mozna z pomidorow usunac nasiona, nie bedzie wtedy dyzo wody.
Przyprawic sola, pieprzem i oregano.

Do garnka z makaronem wrzucic usmazona cebule z pomidorami, posypac serem wedlug uznania i wymieszac.
Takie jedzonko robie wtedy jak jestem zbyt glodna na przygotowanie czegos co wymaga czasu.

Kilka dni temu nie miałam pomysłu na obiadek i wymyśliłam to samo :) z tym że zamiast oregano dodaję bazylię i nie płucze makaronu zimną wodą tylko odcedzam.

Jedzonko przepyszne polecam :)
