makaron własnej roboty

Ingredients:

40 dag mąki pszennej
2-3 jaja
6-8 łyżek ciepłej wody
sól, łyżka oleju

Prepare instructions:

Wodę, olej, jaja i sól wymieszać na jednolita masę.
Przesiać mąkę, wsypać na stolnicę, uformować dołek i wbić przygotowaną masę.

Zagnieść ciasto, oprószyć mąką, by się nie kleiło- powinno być sprężyste i niezbyt twardawe.

Ciasto dzielimy na trzy części, cieniutko rozwałkowujemy na posypanej mąką stolnicy.
Placki pozostawić do przeschnięcia, zwinąć w rulon.

Ostrym nożem krajać drobne kluseczki.
Gotować w osolonej wodzie z dodatkie oliwy.

Rosołek czy pomidorówka to całkiem co innego niż ze zwykłym makaronem ze sklepu!! Polecam, smacznego !!

Moja babcia zawsze robiła makaron własnej roboty do rosołu:) Dziś ja spróbuję zrobić z Twojego przepisu:)
