masa makowa-gotowa 1kg puszka maku

masa serowa-1kg twarogu,1szkl c.pudru,1/2kostki margaryny,5jajek

250mil smietany kremówki,1smietan fix

Prepare instructions:

składniki ciasta posiekac nozem(margaryna prosto z lodówki)zagnieść,owinąc w folie i wstawic na godzine do lodówki.
Po rozwałkowaniu na blaszce piec 15minut w 180st

-wyłozyc na ciasto mase makowa
-margaryne utrzec z c.pudrem i zółtkami,dodawac po trochu zmielony twarog dalej ucierac.Z białek ubic piane i na koncu dac do masy serowaj delikatnie mieszajac.
Mase serową wylac na mase makową.Piec 50-60minut w 180st.

Ciasto jest bardzo puszyste za sprawą twarogu który swietnie smakowo komponuje sie z makiem:)

Chetnie zrobilabym to ciasto na swieta! Wolalabym jednak bez spodu, moze juz probowalas? Jak myslisz bedzie sie to razem trzymalo?

Zawsze piekłam na spodzie ale wydaje mi sie że mozna upiec i bez ,tylko na blaszke położyć papier do pieczenia.
