Marchewka - dodatek do dań

Ingredients:

♦ 8-10 marchewek (startych na tarce, na grubych oczkach)
♦ 1 szkl wody
♦ 1 łyżka margaryny
♦ 2-3 łyżki śmietany
♦ 5 łyżek mąki
♦ olej
♦ sól
♦ cukier

Prepare instructions:

Do garnka wlewamy szklankę wody, dodajemy starte marchewki, solimy. Gotujemy do momentu aż marchewka będzie miękka, ważne jest aby się nie rozgotowała.
W tym czasie wlewamy na patelnię olej i wsypujemy mąkę, robimy zasmażkę. Gdy marchew jest prawie gotowa stopniowo dodajemy zasmażkę (ilość zależy od tego jaką chcemy mieć konsystencję marchewki) i energicznie mieszamy aby nie było grudek. Na koniec dodajemy margarynę i śmietanę, cukier (ok. 1 łyżeczkę cukru), doprawiamy solą.

Tak zrobiona marchewka nadaje się jako dodatek do smażonej ryby lub do dowolnego mięsa. Można dodać ugotowany groszek. Polecam na gorąco.

Marchewkę mozna również pokroić w kostke i dusić ją z dodatkiem masła ,a zamiast zasmażki opruszyc maką i wymieszać .Na koniec posypac natka pietruszki.

Pewnie że można, nawet dobry pomysł, tylko że to już całkiem inny przepis
