Marchewka smażona po turecku z chrzanem

Ingredients:

marchew 8 sztuk
jajko 4 szt
bułka tarta 4 łyżki
jogurt 1 szklanka
czosnek 3 ząbki
olej
koper 1 łyżka
sól
pieprz
chrzan 2 łyżki

Prepare instructions:

Marchew umyć, oczyścić, przepołowić wzdłuż, pokroić w kostkę i zalać wrzącą posoloną wodą. Chwilę pogotować, odcedzić osączyć. Zanurzyć w roztrzepanych jajkach, a następnie w bułce tartej. Smażyć na silnie rozgrzanym oleju, aż się zrumienią po obu stronach. Wyłożyć na półmisek i ostudzić. Czosnek obrać, drobno posiekać. Wrzucić do jogurtu, podobnie posiekać koperek i także dodać do niego a na koniec chrzan . Wszystko doprawić solą i pieprzem, wymieszać. Na koniec polać marchewkę.

PS. Chrzan dodaje specyficzny smak marchwi - polecam tym którzy mają dość tradycyjnej marchwi.

Wytłumacz mi proszę, jak można zanurzyć marchewkę pokrojoną w kostkę w jajku, a potem w tartej bułce ? Po jednej kostce ?

Mały mój błąd w dokładnym tłumaczeniu. Marchewkę pokrojoną i obtoczoną w jajku posypujemy tartą bułką. Możemy jednocześnie dodać bułkę do jajka w zależności od upodobań. Ważne aby marchewka była połączona z jajkiem i bułką

Przepis bardzo interesujacy.nigdy nie jadlam takiej tureckiej marchewki.Siup do ulubionych:)
