ciasto:

6 jaj

ok.20szt biszkopcików

o.5 szkl. cukru

szkl.mąki

łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

2-3łyżki kakao

ok.25 herbatników

półtora tabliczki czekolady+ 6łyżek mleka

masa:

1/2 szkl. mleka

3/4 szkl. cukru

25 dag margaryny

2 op.cukru waniliowego

2 szkl.mleka w proszku

mleko skondensowane

Prepare instructions:

Białka ubijamy na sztywno dodając cukier ,żółtka, mąkę , kakao i proszek do pieczenia. W formie układamy biszkopciki. wlewamy masę i pieczemy biszkopt :P (180^oC/20-30 minut).Biszkopt przekrawamy na pół.Mleko skondensowane gotujemy ok.1-2 godz. aż zgęstnieje.Wykładamy na 1 część biszkopta,przykrywamy.

masa:Mleko,cukier,c.waniliowy gotujemy,studzimy. margarynę ucieramy dodając na przemian mleko w proszku i ugotowany syrop.Wykładamy na biszkopt. Układamy na wierzchu herbatniki.Topimy czekoladę i polewamy nią ;d

bardzo niedokładnie opisane...mleko skondensowane jakie, słodzone czy nie? gotować je w rondelku czy całą puszkę? herbatniki jakiego rodzaju?
