Masa szpinakowo-pomidorowa

Ingredients:

- szpinak - 1 kg,
- pomidory z puszki,
- duża cebula,
- 2 ząbki czosnku,
- trochę białego sera
- sól, pieprz - do smaku.

- ewentualnie jajko- jeśli masa ma być użyta do lazanii lub canellonii

Prepare instructions:

Szpinak oczyścić, zblanszować i pokroić drobno.
Na maśle zeszklić cebulę.
Odparować na patelni pomidory z puszki (jeśli masa ma być użyta do pożniejszego zapiekania z lazaniami lub canelloni- nie trzeba odparowywać za bardzo).

Wymieszać szpinak z cebulą i masą pomidorową, dodać czosnek, sól, pieprz i rozkruszony ser.
Taką masę podawać z ugotowanym dowolnym makaronem lub po dodaniu jajka wypełnić tą masą canelloni (ewentualnie przekładać lazanie) na wierzch dodać starty żółty ser i zapiekać 30 min w piekarniku

Też taką robię, jest pyszna. Tylko zamiast białego sera daję kostkę pokawałkowanej fety. Jak doda się do niej jajko i śmietanę, to można tą masą zalać ciasto na tartę i zapiec. Rewelacja, zwłaszcza na razowym cieście. Super również do naleśników.
