Mięsne kulki w winnym sosie

Ingredients:

0,5 kg mięsa mielonego,
20 dag pieczarek,
2 marchewki,
2 - 3 ogórki kiszone,
1 cebula,
koperek,
sól, pieprz, cukier, vegeta, ziele angielskie i listek laurowy

Prepare instructions:

Pieczarki pokroić na większe cząstki, wrzucić do garnka i "odparować". Następnie podlać odrobiną oleju, dodać pokrojoną w większą kostkę cebulę. Gdy cebulka się zeszkli dodać pokrojoną w kostkę marchewkę i ogórki, chwilę smażyć, a następnie podlać wodą, tak by warzywa były zakryte, dodać listek laurowy i ziele angielskie.Przykryć i dusić na małym ogniu.
Mięso mielone wyrobić z solą i pieprzem, można dodać pieprzu ziołowego i ziół prowansalskich jeśli ktoś lubi. Uformować małe kulki i wrzucić do warzyw. Dusić pod przykryciem ok 15 min. Na koniec sos doprawić vegetą, odrobiną cukru i zagęścić mąką. Całość posypać koperkiem.

Podawać z ziemniakami, ale równie dobrze smakują z pieczywem. Życzę smacznego!

Laduje w ulubionych przepis brzmi ciekawie,jak zrobie dam znac jak smakowalo.

Mam zamiar zrobić...tylko gdzie to wino ?

W przepisie wino nie występuje. Pisząc winny miałam na myśli smak i zapach jaki otrzymamy po dodaniu do sosu kiszonych ogórków i słodkiej marchewki. Pozdrawiam i mam nadzieję, jeśli się skusisz to nie będziesz rozczarowany.
