Kotlety z natką czyli piegowate mięsko

Ingredients:

1/2 kg mięsa wieprzowego (lub z indyka),
1 pęczek natki pietruszki,
bułka tarta,
1 cebula,
1 jako,
pieprz i sól,
olej.

Prepare instructions:

Mięso mielimy z cebulą lub, gdy kupiliśmy już zmielone - siekamy drobno ceblę, dodajemy do mięsa i dokładanie mieszamy.
Dodajemy jajko, pieprz i sól i taką ilość bułki tartej, żeby dało się formować zwarte kotlety. Dokładnie wyrabiamy, dodajemy jeszcze drobno posiekaną natkę i mieszamy.
Teraz już tylko formujemy zgrabne kuleczki wielkości piłeczki do ping-ponga (jak ja) lub większe wałki (tradycyjnie), obtaczamy je w tartej bułce i smażymy na rozgrzanym oleju, do pięknego zezłocenia :)

ja równiez często robię kotlety z natką maja taki bardzo specyficzny a zarazem rewelacyjny smak

Od jakiegoś czasu robię tylko takie kotlety...ewentualnie dodaję jeszcze trochę startego sera żółtego. Ale z natką pietruszki są przepyszne... Polecam!
