Miesno ryżowe kotlety

Ingredients:

300 g wołowiny (pieczeniowej),
lub wieprzowiny,
5-7 dag słoniny,
1,5 szkl ugotowanego na sypko ryżu,
12 - 15 dag cebuli,
1 szt - jajo,
2 łyżki oliwy lub oleju,
3-4 łyżki natki pietruszki ,

do panierki

bułka tarta

do smażenia

tłuszcz
sól
pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Mięso oczyścić, umyć, osuszyć, pokroić i zemleć w maszynce.

Jajko umyć, wylać ze skorupki.

Cebulę obrać, opłukać, pokroić w drobną kostkę, posolić, podgrzać na małym ogniu mieszając.

Gdy zmięknie i zacznie żółknąć, dodać tłuszczu, zrumienić.

Zmielone mięso wymieszać z ryżem, jajkiem, cebulą i pietruszką, dokładnie wyrobić drewnianą łyżką lub robotem.

Przyprawić solą i pieprzem.

Z przygotowanej masy uformować cienkie owalne kotlety, otaczając je w tartej bułce. Smażyć po obu stronach, wkładając na patelnię z rozgrzanym tłuszczem.

Smak kotletów podniesie dodatek sosów bądź gulaszu mięsno warzywnego, pomidorowego lub grzybowego.

Bardzo smaczne właśnie dziś zrobiłam na obiadek co prawda według innego przepisu ale podobnego do tego polecam.
