0.5 kg mięsa mielonego

1 jajko

2 łyżki kaszy manny

sól

pieprz

1 łyżeczka suszonego czosnku

1 łyżeczka majeranku suszonego

Prepare instructions:

Mięso mielone mieszamy ze wszystkimi składnikami i dobrze wyrabiamy.

Gotowe mięso dajemy do woreczka foliowego,wiążemy szczelnie i gotujemy 1 godzine.

Ugotowane mięso kroimy na plastry,dajemy ser,jakąs sałatkę,ulubiony sos,bułka i można jeść.

Można też go podgrzeć na 2 dzień,jest tak samo dobre.

Często robimy hamburgery,a tak wykonane mięso jest lepsze od gotowych hamburgerów.Przepis mam od znajomej i od kąd go mam to właśnie z nim robię hamburgery.Polecam

Na pewno lepsze od kupnych , ale co ma mięso z dodatkiem kaszy manny gotowane przez godzinę, wspólnego z hamburgerami?
U nas robi się samemu hamburgery z mielonego wołowego mięsa , doprawia i smaży, smak poezja.

Mięso z dodatkiem kaszy mammy ma inny ciekawy smak i może zastąpić bułkę.

Ja też smaże w domu hamburgery z mięsa mielonego,ale mięso robione w taki sposób jak opisałam też jest bardzo dobre do hamburgerów.
