Migdały prażone w karmelu

Ingredients:

200g migdałów
5-6 łyżek cukru (lub nawet nieco mniej)
1 cukier waniliowy
sok z 1/2 cytryny
ok. 1/2 szklanki wody
1/2-1 łyżeczki cynamonu

Prepare instructions:

1. Migdały uprażyc na suchej patelni na wolnym ogniu az zaczna delikatnie "strzelac" i lekko "spuchną". Przełożyc do salaterki.

2. Na gorącą patelnię wsypac cukier i cukier waniliowy i razem skarmelizowac. Wyłączyc gaz, dodac wodę, sok i cynamon.

3. Ponowanie postawic na ogniu i podrzewac mieszajac, dopóki karmel się nie rozpuści.

4. Wsypac uprażone migdały i mieszac, dopóki masa ich nie obklei.

5. Wyłożyc na papier do pieczenia i poczekac az przestygną. Lekko ciepłe porozrywac (żeby nie były sklejone po kilka razem).

* Jesli tos nie chce prażyc migdałów, może ominąc punkt 1., ale pozbawi swoje kubki smakowe dodatkowej rozkoszy...
