Ingredients:

1 główka młodej kapusty
3-4 dymki
1 pęczek koperku
1 udko kurczaka
sól, pierprz, cukier
ocet

Prepare instructions:

Udko ugotować (można oczywiście zrobić bez mięsa, ale ja bardzo lubie jak w całej tej zieleni plączek sie troszke innego kolorku

).
Kapustę umyć, usunąć zniszczone liście i poszatkować. Pokroić też dymki (razem ze szczypiorem), dodać do kapusty i posolić. Zostawić na trochę, żeby warzywka puściły sok.

Kiedy udko jest już gotowe wyjąć je i wkroić drobno do kapusty. Do garnka wlac troszkę wody i wrzucić tam wszystko. Gotować jakies 20 minut na małym ogniu.

Dorawić do smaku pieprzem, cukrem i solą jeśli jest mało słone.
Na końcu, gdy kapusta już zmięknie wlać ok. 2 łyżki octu i dodać posekany koperek.

Ale narobiłam sobie smaku młodą kapustą z koperkem. Tak ładnie wygląda na twoim zdjęciu. Pozdrawiam!

Zrobiona, zjedzona, pyszna. Zamiast octu dałam sok z cytryny.

Kapustka przepyszna! Zaprawilam dodatkowo zasmazka, czyli maka rozprowadzona na maselku. Palce lizac.!
