Młoda kapusta z koperkiem II

Ingredients:

główka młodej kapusty
pół pęczka koperku
1/4 szklanki wody
3 łyżki posiekanych dudków cebuli
sól do smaku

+ zasmażka: 3 łyżki masła i 1,5 łyżki mąki

Prepare instructions:

1. Kapustę szatkujemy, wkładamy do garnka i zalewamy 1/4 szklanki wody. Solimy do smaku. Dusimy, aż kapusta będzie niemal cała w wodzie.
2. Dodajemy koperek i szczypior z cebuli, gotujemy, aż kapusta będzie miękka.
3. W międzyczasie przygotowujemy zasmażkę. Podane składniki są "na oko" - mniej więcej z takich ilości składała się moja zasmażka. Masło rozpuszczamy na patelni, dodajemy mąkę, mieszamy do uzyskania gładkiej konsystencji i delikatnie całość podsmażamy.

4. Zasmażkę mieszamy z kapustą.
5. Podajemy na ciepło - choć podjadana na zimno też smakuje :)

Hahaha, rozsmieszyły mnie te dudki)))A kapustę robię tak samo, tylko dodaję młodą marchewkę))Powalający jest ten zapach kopru.Pozdrawiam!

Kapusta z tego przepisu jest rewelacyjna :) , kiedyś nie lubiłam młodej kapusty lecz postanowiłam zrobić mężowi bo mnie męczył i jak spróbowałam tak do dziś u nas gości i ja również ją pałaszuje
