Ingredients:

1/2 głowki młodej kapusty
1 pęczek koperku
1 cebula ze szczypiorem
2 łyzki masła
1 kopiasta łyżka mąki
1 kosta rosołowa
sól
pieprz
ocet
cukier

Prepare instructions:

kapustę szatkujemy w cienkie paseczki
zalewamy wodą tak żeby była przykryta
dodajemy kostkę i całą cebulę bez zieleniny,zagotowujemy
gotujemy do miekkości ok. 10 min.
odlewamy ok. połowę wody z kapusty
wyjmujemy cebulę i ją wyrzucamy
szatkujemy drobno koperek i szczypior
dodajemy do gorącej kapusty zieleninę

kiedy kapusta będzie się gotować na patelni rozpuszczamy masło
dodajemy do niego mąkę i robimy zasmażkę

zasmażkę dodajemy do kapusty i mieszamy
stawiamy na małym ogniu i ciągle mieszając doprowadzamy do wrzenia
ściągamy z ognia
doprawiamy do smaku octem, cukrem, sola i pieprzem

Smacznego!

Zasmażkę można zrobić na tłuszczu wytopionym z boczku lub słoniny ale ja wolę na masełku, a mięsnym dodatkiem u mnie jest kotlecik :)

Młoda kapusta najlepiej smakuje mi na słodko kwaśno ale ta też może być OK

Po przyprawieniu cukrem i octem wychodzi właśnie taka słodko kwaśna.
