Ingredients:

( na ok. 16 sztuk)
Na ciasto ucierane:

200g masła
200g cukru
3 jajka
100g mąki
100g skrobi ziemniaczanej
1/2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
1/2 laski wanilii

Na nadzienie :

30g kuwertury
30g kandyzowanych owoców ( wiśnie i ananas)

Na przybranie:

100g cukru pudru
2 łyżki soku z cytryny
8 kandyzowanych wiśni
4 plastry kandyzowane ananasa

Prepare instructions:

Utrzeć masło z cukrem na pulchną masę. W trakcie ucierania dodawać kolejno jajka. Wymieszać mąkę ze skrobią ziemniaczaną i proszkiem do pieczenia, przesiać i stopniowo dodawać do masy.Przekroić wzdłuż laskę wanilii, wyskrobać miąższ i dodać do ciasta. Nagrzać piekarnik do temp. 190 stopni. Na blasze do pieczenia ciasta ustawić podwójne ( włożyć jedną w drugą) papierowe foremki. Kuweturę pokrajać nożem na małe kawałeczki. Do każdej foremki włożyć 1 łyżkę ciasta, na wierzchu rozłożyć kawałeczki owoców i kuiwertury, lekko je wcisnąć do ciasta. Piec 25 min na śrokowym poziomie piekarnika na kolor złocistobrązowy. Na lukier utrzeć cukier puder z sokiem z cytryny, Pędzelkiem posmarować lukrem muffins z wierzchu i przyba kandyzowanymi owocami ( połówka wiśni i kawałkami plastrów ananasa).
