Ingredients:

- 2 spore twarde jabłka

- 4 suszone morele

- 2 suszone śliwki

- kilka suszonych żurawin

- 2 łyżeczki płynnego miodu

- po pół łyżeczki cynamonu na każde jabłko

- pół szklanki jogurtu ( u mnie brzoskwiniowy bez tłuszczu)

- 10 łyżeczkek ulubionego muslli

Prepare instructions:

Jabłka dokładnie umyć, odciąć górę, wydrążyć gniazda nasienne i nieco miąższu. Gniazda nasienne wyrzucić a miąższ drobno posiekać. Morele i śliwki pokroić w drobną kostkę, wymieszać z jabłkowym miąższem i żurawiną. Tak przygotowanym farszem wypełnić oba jabłka do połowy, wlać po łyżeczce miodu i uzupełnić resztą suszonych owoców. Całość posypać cynamonem. Jabłka zamknąć odciętą wcześniej "czapeczką" i piec w piekarniku nagrzanym do 160 st.C. przez 30- 35 minut, aż zmiękną. W tym czasie do dwóch miseczek nasypać po 5 łyżeczek muslli. Gdy owoce będą już gotowe wyłożyć je do miseczek, zdjąć czapeczki i każde polać 1/4 szkalnki jogurtu.

Ewcik, takie jabłuszka to niewątpliwie pokusa, ale za to bardzo zdrowa i dietetyczna, więc możesz się na nią skusić bez zbędnych wyrzutów sumienia!
