Muszelki nadziewane warzywami i twarogiem

Ingredients:

250g makaronu muszli ( dużych)
1 kostka twarogu półtłustego
1- 2 cebule
1-2 marchewki
1/2 świeżej czerwonej papryki
1 jajko
żółty ser
sól, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

1. Ugotować makaron w osolonej wodzie z dodatkiem paru kropli oliwy
2. Na patelnię wlac oliwę, jak się podgrzeje to wrzucić pokrojone w drobna kosteczkę: cebulę i paprykę oraz starta na grubych oczkach marchewkę.
3. Zeszklic warzywa i odstawić z ognia żeby ostygły.
4. jak się ostudzą to dodać twaróg i jajko i dobrze wymieszać
5. Doprawić całośc pieprzem i solą
6. Napełnić muszle farszem, ułożyć na blasze i posypać startym żółtym serem. Zapiekać w temp. 180-200C około 20 min

Idealna przekąska na imprezy.
