Naleśniki z jakbłkami pyyyszne

Ingredients:

Porcja na 2 osoby ( 4-5 naleśników)

1 jajko
pół szklanki mleka
pół szklanki wody
szczypta soli
1-2 łyżeczki cukru
mąka ( do uzyskania konsystencji rzadkiej śmietany)

2 duże szare renety
1 cukier waniliowy
1 łyżka miodu
2 łyżki czerwonego wina
1 łyżka soku z cytryny
2 łyzki cukru ( z tym cukrem to trzeba próbować aby nie przesłodzić, jak kto lubi)
1 łyżeczka cynamonu
3 - 4 goździki

cukier puder
masło

Prepare instructions:

Zrobić ciasto na naleśniki i usmażyć je na patelni.
Jabłka obrać i pokroić na plasterki , wrzucić go garnka lub na patelnię i zesmażyć ( mozna podlać troszke wody jeśli się będą przypalać). Kiedy jabłka zaczną sie rozlatywać dodać cynamon, goździki, wino, miód, sok z cytryny, cukier waniliowy i zwykły cukier jesli będą mało słodkie. Dusić pod przykryciem, aby jabłka sie całkiem rozleciały.
Zesmażone jabłuszka nałożyć na jedną połowę naleśnika ( dość sporo) i złożyć naleśnik jak pieroga. Takie naleśnikowe pierogi podpiec na maśle az będą rumiane i chrupiące. Na talerzu posypac cukrem pudrem. Doskonałym dodatkiem będzie gałka lodów waniliowych. SMACZNEGOOO!!!!!!

Naleśniki robiłam z innego przepisu, ale Twój pomysł na resztę jest genialny. Podałam na kolację i bardzo to było dobre! Mniama Aaaaaa, winka nie dałam bo nie miałam...
