Pigwa ½ kg
½ l spirytusu

szklanka cukru

kompot agrestowy lub sok jabłkowy

Prepare instructions:

Pigwa ½ kg
½ l spirytusu
Pigwe przekroic, wyjac gniazde, ze skorka, z 2 sztuk włożyć pestki
Zalac spirytusem w sloiku zakreconym musi stac 3 tygodnie
Odlac alkohol do butelki, do owocow szklanke wody przegotowanej cieplej i szklanke cukru, zakręcić , musi stac 3 tygodnie.
Po 3 tygodniach dolac odlany spirytus, znowu 3 tygodnie.
Po 3 tygodniach dolac sok z kompotu agrestowego lub ½ soku jabłkowego z Hortex.
Gotowe!!!!

Czytam składniki i się zastanowiłam, że ostra ta nalewka, kwaśna pigwa i spiryt. A dalej niespodzianka , w opisie są słodkie i smaczne inne składniki. Lepiej jednak pisać w składnikach wszystko co wchodzi w skład przepisu.
