Ingredients:

50 ml gotowego soku z mniszka lekarskiego
50 ml gotowego soku z łopianu
50 ml gotowego soku z pokrzywy
(nalewki do kupienia w sklepach zielarskich na bazie alkoholu)
120 ml kropli miętowych
120 ml wyciągu z dziurawca

Prepare instructions:

Wszystkie składniki wlac do butelki z ciemnego szkła wstrząsnąc aby się dobrze wymieszały i odstawic na kilka dni.Stosowac po 0,5 łyżeczki nalewki rozcięczonej w 50 ml wody, po posiłkach. Nie nalezy zażywac jej przed snem, gdyż jest moczopędna.

Jeżeli podałaś przepis to jestem bardzo ciekawa czy nalewkę stosowałaś a jeżeli tak to z jakim skutkiem?

Sama nie wiem czy to liczone kalorie czy nalewka tez pomogła, ale pomaga na trawienie

Tak w sklepach zielarskich ale zwykłe apteki też mają wyciągi z ziół tylko nie wiem czy wszystkie
