napój jogurtowo-kminkowy

Ingredients:

1 ł kminku indyjskiego
1 litr jogurtu (może być też maślanka)
0.7 litra bardzo zimnej wody
2 ł soku z cytryny
2 ł soli

Prepare instructions:

Przepis ten wywodzi się z kuchni indyjskiej.

Kminek uprażyć na patelni a następnie dokładnie zmielić.

Jogurt,wodę(bardzo zimną),sok z cytryny,sól i 3/4 zmielonego kminku dokładnie ze sobą zmiksować.

Napój ten najlepiej smakuje gdy jest zimny(można dodać kostki lodu). Podawać rozlane w kubki i posypane zmielonym kminkiem(tym co nam pozostał)

Zaznaczam, że wykorzystywany tu jest kminek indyjski(zwany też rzymskim) i jest to inny rodzaj niż dostępny w każdym sklepie. Kminek indyjski(vel rzymski) jest jednak możliwy do kupna, lecz należy go poszukać w sklepach z artykułami spożywczymi orientalnymi.

Ten napój nazywa sie lassi. Hindusi pija go do bardzo ostrych potraw zeby gardel nie wypalilo :) Mozna go tez zrobic na slodko, na przyklad z mango. Jesli ktos nie lubi kuminu
